The BHU UET application form release date hasn't been announced yet , it has been delayed due to covid-19 pandemic , we can expect its release this month in August

cutoff score for colleges changes every year and it depends on some of the determining  factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc.

As you got 94.89 percentile in JEE mains, your expected rank will be 53401- 60030. The chance of getting admission in IIITs/ NITs or in any other Universities/ Colleges will depends on the cut-off ranks of respective college/university. The cut-off ranks list differs with colleges and their courses.
