As per your wbjee rank it is such a good rank. You can get good colleges . But all college cutoff rank is change every year .

As per KGEC the  previous years cutoff are

see 74.9 percentile is not enough to secure a tier 1 institute let along nits or IIITs .

cutoff score for colleges changes every year and it depends on some of the determining  factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc.

The chance of getting admission in IIITs/ NITs or in any other Universities/ Colleges will depends on the cut-off ranks of respective college/university.
