As both the rank mentioned by you are decent one and as you are looking for NIT hence, i would like to say you that getting NIT even on the basis of your OBC NCL category rank is not at all possible because NIT’s are top level of colleges

To be eligible for NDA candidate must be between the age limit eligibility of 16.5 to 19.5 years.  So the candidate must born between 2nd July 2004 to 1st July 2007 For NDA I.
