What is maximum score in Joint Entrance Exam Mains

Prachi Kumari 22nd Nov, 2025

Hello,

The maximum score in JEE Main depends on the paper:

  • Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech): 300 marks

  • Paper 2A (B.Arch): 400 marks

  • Paper 2B (B.Planning): 400 marks

Most students who ask about maximum marks are referring to Paper 1, which is out of 300.
