Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you can appear for the NDA (National Defence Academy) exam in September 2026 to join the Indian Army, even if you are a Class 12 student with a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) stream. The Indian Army wing of NDA does not require Mathematics or Physics as mandatory subjects in Class 12, unlike the Navy and Air Force wings, which are only open to candidates with a PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) background. As long as you are an Indian citizen, unmarried, and your age falls between 16.5 and 19.5 years as on the date specified in the 2026 notification (likely born between January 2, 2008, and July 1, 2011), you are eligible. You will still be required to attempt both papers in the NDA written exam—Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT)—but selection into the Army wing mainly considers your overall merit. So, with the right preparation, especially for GAT and basic math, you can definitely aim for a career in the Indian Army through NDA.
All the best for your journey.

Hope it helps !
Yes, your EWS certificate issued by the Rajasthan government will work for SSC CHSL 2025 , but it must be in the format prescribed by the Central Government .
So, if your current certificate follows the Central Government format , then it is fine. If not, then you should get a fresh EWS certificate in Central format from the competent authority.
Make sure it is issued for the current financial year and clearly mentions that it is for employment under the Government of India .
Hello Vikas,
Yes, you can definitely apply for SSC CGL with the name as mentioned in your ID cards, but you need to ensure that all are the same across documents prior to the document verification stage. The name discrepancy may not lead to the cancellation of your application, but it can mean trouble during the document verification stage, if it does not match your 10th/matriculation certificate (which is often used as primary proof of name and DOB).
What to do:
No, just because the SSC CGL application form displays an error during filling out does not mean that your candidature will be automatically cancelled. The primary reasons for these errors, if you have already correctly completed **One-Time Registration (OTR)**, are typically browser problems, server overload, or small data entry errors. After deleting your browser's cache, using a different browser (ideally Chrome or Firefox), or applying during off-peak hours, you can try again. If the problem persists, you can email the regional SSC office with your registration ID and error screenshot, or you can submit a ticket via the **SSC helpdesk**. Your candidature is safe as long as you apply before the deadline and your OTR is valid.
