See in ipu there are 2 kind of colleges the government ones and the private ones.  The govt ones have comparatively much less fees as compared to private or semi govt ones. Talking about govt fee it's around  60000 and about private colleges it around 1.20 Lpa.

Well if your interested in diploma courses you have to definitely apply for the polytechnic exam. If you missed your chance of attempting polycet then study class 11 and 12 and then do a specific engineering branch you are interested in the naac recognized colleges.

Since you belong to outside Delhi the cutoff goes really low and it is tough to get a seat in government college and in order to take a seat you have to wait for the 3rd cutoff to be released
