Hi I have got 620 rank in ipu cet for bpt course no 124 ....and I am from outside delhi ....Will I get a govt. college please reply asap..?

First of all I would like to inform you that there is no such thing like a completely government college under IPU as IPU itself is a private university.
Coming to your question, you didn't mention your category here.
Nevertheless, looking at the statistical data of previous years, I would like to inform you that the chances are fairly low for you if you belong to unreserved category and outside delhi, with this rank. However, your chances will vary greatly depending upon your reservation category.
