Sorry to say that you are not eligible to get admission in any of the college in IPU for bcom hons. because you do not have domicile of Delhi. Still you can get admission in IPU through Managment Quota or the only way is to drop a year

you got a descent rank in IPUCET but since GGSIPU reserves 85% of the seats for delhi candidates so you wont get a good college in the 3 rounds of counselling after the three rounds there is spot round in which you can hope to get a good college

If you have applied for CLAT , then you need not to register for BA LLB , as CLAT is conducted for giving admissions in LLB integrated course of 5 years. It could be ballb or bba llb or bcom llb depending upon your interest but this decision
