The changes are 50-50 because when the counselling process tends to end, MAIT and other such colleges lower the cutoff and then you may have a chance. Also if there is any scene of management quota then you may get a seat through that.

A rank of 5,629 is a good rank in KIITEE 2019. Getting CSE would be difficult since a rank under 4,500 was the cutoff based on previous years. You will get most of the other branches like ECE/ EEE/ IT/ Mechanical/ Civil etc.

Thanks for your query! The cutoffs for outside Delhi are usually very high in GGSIPU and  at a rank of 10k it becomes very difficult to secure a seat but you can surely go for all the further counselling rounds.
