With a 77 percentile in JEE Main under the SC category, getting a seat in a top NIT is unlikely, as most NITs require SC category percentiles around 85–90+ for popular branches like CS, Mechanical, or ECE.

However, you may get lower-preference branches or NITs in less competitive states
