Hello, in an SSC/application form, Identification Marks means a permanent physical mark that can help identify you. Examples :

Mole on left cheek, Mole on right hand, Birthmark on neck, Scar on left eyebrow, Birthmark on right arm

If you do not have a noticeable identification mark, don't invent one.
