It's unlikely you will get into a government medical college with 187 marks if you are a general category student with PWD status. While PWD students may have certain relaxations, 187 marks are likely below the cutoff for most, if not all, government colleges.
Here's why:
Low Score:
187 marks are significantly lower than the expected minimum qualifying score for the general category, which can range from 164 to 720.
High Competition:
Government medical colleges are highly competitive, with many qualified students vying for limited seats.
Cutoff Variations:
Cutoff scores can vary significantly based on the college, state, and even the year.
PwC Relaxations:
While PWD students may get certain relaxations in the cutoff, these are often limited and may not be enough to secure admission at the top colleges.
What to do:
Research and Understand Cutoff:
Carefully research the cutoff scores of different government colleges for the PWD category and your specific location.
Consider Other Options:
If you're not able to get into a government medical college, explore other options like private medical colleges or other related fields.
Prepare for the Next Attempt:
If you are determined to pursue medical studies, you may want to prepare for the NEET exam again next year to improve your score.
In conclusion, while it's possible to get into a government college with PWD status, 187 marks are likely too low to secure a seat in a competitive medical college.

This will increase your chances of getting a good seat.

Hello Spoorthi rao,
With a TS EAMCET rank of 93,000, under the General EWS (OC girl) category, it may be difficult to obtain a computer science engineering (CSE) seat in good ranked engineering colleges in Hyderabad, as CSE is highly coveted. That said, you still have fair chances in getting a CSE seat in mid-tier (good) colleges or lesser known/new colleges in Hyderabad or surrounding areas. You can explore colleges like:
Also, consider other branches like IT, ECE, or AI & ML, which have good scope and sometimes lower cutoffs than core CSE. Check this link for more information: TS EAMCET Rank wise College List
