I have admission in b pharm ms university vadodara

Nikita shahi 2nd Aug, 2025

Hello,

MSU is known for its strong pharmacy curriculum and good lab infrastructure. As a pharmacy student, you’ll study subjects like Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, and Pharmaceutical Analysis over four years. Alongside theory, there's continuous practical training in labs and regular internships in hospital or industrial settings.

Career opportunities after graduation include roles as a pharmacist in clinical/hospital pharmacies, pharma industry jobs in R&D, quality control, or regulatory affairs, and even government roles such as drug inspector. MPharm and PhD options are also available if you intend to go into research or academics. Student clubs and pharma events held on campus help build skills for campus placement drives. Placements generally attract both regional and national pharma companies. Make sure you actively attend workshops and internships they make the curriculum more meaningful.

All the best !

Hi, I have a question regarding number of subjects to be present for admissions to only for IITs in A level cambridge curriculum. As they have mentioned pass in 5 subjects , is it included for Cambridge curriculum or only for State and central board.

gopi 2nd Aug, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

Yes, the requisite minimum of five subjects inclusive of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics applies equally to students from the Cambridge (A-Level) curriculum for IIT admissions through JEE Advanced. Students must have passed at least five subjects in their qualifying examination not just students from state or central boards. This is essential for IIT eligibility according to JEE.

Hello , I have a question regarding the admission to IIT design college. How many subjects in A Level should be there to take the admissions only for IITs as they have mentioned 5 pass subjects. Is it for A level students also or only for State and Central Board.

Chelsie G 6th Aug, 2025

Yes, for A Level students who are seeking admission into IITs, the requirement is to have at least 5 subjects passed in total  this includes subjects at O Level  and A Level combined. So, if you’ve cleared 3 subjects at O Level and 2 at A Level, making a total of 5 distinct subjects, it fulfills the basic eligibility.

The condition of 5 pass subjects is applicable to international board students as well, including those from the Cambridge A Level system. Just make sure that among those subjects, you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics since these are mandatory for engineering admissions, especially in IITs. Also, your marksheets and certificates should be recognized and equivalent as per the Association of Indian Universities guidelines.

i scored 76%ile in mh cet 5 year law 2025, with maharastra domicile and under sc category can i get ILS pune??

Nikita shahi 2nd Aug, 2025

Since you have a Maharashtra domicile and belong to the SC category, you have a strong chance of securing admission at ILS Law College, Pune for the 5-year LLB program. The college reserves seats for SC candidates as well as Maharashtra residents, which makes the cutoffs more relaxed compared to the open category. In the past, SC candidates with CET percentiles in the range of 60 to 70+ have successfully gotten admission.

With your 76 percentile, your profile fits well within the expected cutoff for reserved seats. Just make sure you register on the CET Cell Maharashtra or ILS admission portal when applications open. Upload all the necessary documents like your CET scorecard, SC category certificate, and domicile proof. Don’t miss out on the counseling rounds—especially the second and third rounds, where more seats often become available.

Wishing you the very best as you begin your journey in law!

Ba kay economics and geography hai ka

Nikita shahi 2nd Aug, 2025

Hi!

If you’re asking whether a B.A. degree can include Economics and Geography subjects together, the answer is yes many universities and colleges offer B.A. programs with multiple elective subjects, including Economics and Geography. Usually, a B.A. course allows you to major in two or three subjects across humanities and social sciences.

For instance, colleges under Mumbai University, Delhi University, or Pune University have B.A. programs where you can choose Economics and Geography as combination subjects and take optional papers too. You’ll typically study microeconomics, macroeconomics, urban geography, environmental geography, and some research methodology too.

Admission is based on your class 12 marks, and you can choose this combination by filling the correct subject codes in the college application form. No separate entrance exam is needed.

Best of luck !

cutoff of m. sc. zoology entrance exam

Poludasari Akhila 7th Aug, 2025

For M.Sc. Zoology entrance exam, different universities have different cutoff marks. In CUET PG 2024, University of Allahabad kept 164 marks for General category, 152 for OBC, 124 for SC, and 84 for ST. Good universities ask around 230 to 240 marks. If you get above 200 marks, it is good for admission. Some universities like DDU Gorakhpur also ask for 55 percent marks in B.Sc. along with entrance exam marks. For OBC, SC, ST, and EWS, cutoff is a little lower. Counselling starts mostly in July month.

Thank you, best regards from Careers360 team.

Where can i join a Law Books library to start studying in any of the Law colleges, preferably Ambedkar Law college ?

Nikita shahi 2nd Aug, 2025

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out

If you’re looking to join a law library to begin studying law books before joining college, especially near Dr. Ambedkar College of Law in Mumbai, here are a few great options:

  • Bombay High Court Library (Fort, Mumbai) it's free for law students with a student ID, offering access to statutes, case reporters, and legal journals.
  • Advocate’s Library at Supreme Court of India (Mumbai branch) it's also open to law students on recommendation letters.
  • Bar Council Law Library, Dadar: Membership-based but affordable and close to Ambedkar Law.

You can visit the Ambedkar Law College's official site to ask if students get in-campus library access before sessions start. These libraries are well-connected to rail and local transport, and some even offer quiet study zones for law students.

Wishing you all the best!
