Hello Aspirant,
Yes, a small spelling mistake in your last name (like Gobbur vs Gobbue) can make verification problems during the NEET exam, especially if the name present in your NEET application does not meet exactly with what looks in the Aadhaar card. To avoid any problem:
It is better to do this before the exam so as to avoid any complications later.
If your grouping isn't cleared, and you're not NEET-eligible this year, I’d suggest first checking with your school/board whether there's a rechecking option or if you can reappear soon. That’s the foundation you need for NEET.
As for your dream of becoming a doctor remember, you can still try again next year. Many students drop a year, prep properly, and come back stronger.
If waiting a year isn’t an option, you can look at paramedical courses, B.Sc. Nursing, BPT, or Pharmacy. These are solid careers in healthcare and can also be stepping stones if you want to give NEET later or work in the medical fields.
All the best!

BPT admission starts mostly around March or June. Some colleges take admission by using NEET marks. In some states, counselling is done by state health university or paramedical board. Student needs to fill online form with name, marks and details. After this college will release list or give seat directly. Then student must go for document check and pay fee. This way seat gets confirmed. Student must keep checking official site or Careers360 page for latest date and link.

Most boards, if you fail one subject in the HSC repeater examination, do not make you repeat the entire year. Instead, you are usually eligible to take the supplementary or compartment exam in that subject. In some cases, whether you may be admitted to the college depends on the rules and regulations of that particular college; some colleges allow you to take provisional admission until you pass that subject. It is always advisable to check with the particular board and college about these provisions.
