With with a CGPA of 7.65 in B.Sc as a general category candidate, there are opportunities to achieve scholarships of various types depending on the nature and the terms of scholarships. Some scholarships are set aside to category or income group where other qualify purely on academic basis along where they are offered by universities and other organization privately owned.
Your score will be good enough to qualify as a mandatory student and in case you have any other qualification such as income cap(need based schemes) or subject wise qualification, you could enter. You can search that option available on platforms such as National Scholarship Portal (NSP) and also you can ask your college counselor about the availability opportunities. Completing an MPH in Ireland after BDS is definitely a smart move many Indian dental graduates go for this to switch into public health, healthcare management, or research roles. Now, the job scene in Ireland is good but competitive, especially for international graduates.
Getting a permanent job depends on your work visa status after graduation ,the network and internships you do during your course and whether you're open to public sector, NGOs, or even research roles.
While some Indian students do struggle initially, many eventually get permanent roles if they apply early , gain local Irish experience during their studies and stay updated with public health policies and job portals.
Wishing you the very best for your career !
Hi!
If you’ve scored under 80% and are interested in BTech in Computer Science in Pune don’t worry! Pune has several good private colleges that consider entrance exams and management quota more than board marks.
Here are some options you can consider:
Try appearing for MHT CET or applying through direct admission in private colleges if your board marks are less. Some colleges also conduct personal interviews for admission.

good afternoon, a discontinuing bond is a legal agreement signed at the time of admission.
If a student withdraws from the BDS course midway or fails to complete the mandatory internship, they are required to pay a penalty.
This penalty is meant to compensate the institution for the seat that goes vacant and the resources allocated.
While SRM Dental College doesn’t publicly list the exact discontinuing bond amount, similar private dental colleges often charge:
3 to 5 lakh or more depending on:
Year of discontinuation
Whether the student has availed any scholarships
Hostel and other dues
In simple words if you cancel or withdraw your admission by yourself in mid of course deny or fail to do internship you have to pay penalty.
Hi Anjum!
Thanks for your question. Based on your TS ICET 2025 rank of 6000 and the fact that you're from the BC-B girl category, you do have a fair chance to get a seat in VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (VNR VJIET) for MCA.
In previous years, BCB girl candidates with ranks around 5000–7000 have been able to secure seats in good colleges like VNR, especially in later counselling phases or spot rounds. VNR is one of the better colleges in Telangana for MCA, so the cutoff can vary slightly based on demand that year. Since you're from a reserved category and female, you get the benefit of category and gender-based reservation which improves your chances.
I would strongly suggest participating in Phase 2 of counselling, keeping VNR as a top choice, and also adding a few backup colleges just in case. You can also keep an eye out for spot admissions where vacancies are filled quickly.
Wishing you all the best with your MCA admission,
