12 completed in 2020 .now im doing degree 2nd year bsc biotech/biochem/chem in autonomous college. i had 1 backlog in sem 1, wrote supplymentary but results arent out yet.. so which code to put ?

You need to choose the code 02.

This is because,

Though you are doing BSc with biotech, biochemistry and chemistry your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2 .

In case, if you have done intermediate  or PUC in place of 10+2 , you need to select code 3.

While those who are doing bsc and have all the 3 i. e physics,chemistry and biology in bsc needs to choose code 5 and those who have completed bsc with at least any two out of physics,  chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
