Hello, if you have given entrance this year like JEE main then you can go for Engineering courses else if you have taken NEET then you can go for Medical field.
Most important point is you have to qualify the exam. But in need even you have qualified the exam you have to score best to get an admission in government medical colleges.
So do according. Else you can take a skip for one year and prepare smartly for any entrance exam you like.
Choice is yours.
If you can join this year then that will be great. don't waste your time if you think you can't.
