12th cbse 60% and NITs ask 65% min. So should i give impovement in all subjects or in only one subjects which could improve yo 65% also.

You can also give any one subject or more than that depending upon your choice.
No need to give all subjects again for improvement exam.
Make sure you give anyone of PCM which makes total aggregate above 75%.
For SC and ST category, 65% is required.
