161 marks in neet ,which rank I can accept cutoffs

Since, you've not mentioned the branch or category, we've assume it to be MBBS/BDS. The cutoff for 2020 for is not yet declared by the authorities concerned, but the cutoff score for last year for general category was 701-134 and for SC/ST/OBC was 133-107.
