1st round I hv nt alloted any seats frm mcc. I hd registrd for Deemed univ paying 2 L.Can I exit now without fee forfieture ? if so how ?

You have to contact the college for it. Usually they allow you to withdraw within the first few days as they have a number of students to admit and a vacated seat is not a big deal. For it, you have to go to the college office and ask for the details.
