Though it's been said by the conducting board that NEET 2021 will be conducted on May 2, but that's tentatively. Also as per the latest update regarding the NEET exam which will be conducted on 2021, the authorities have not released any notification. If the dates may change, you will be informed about it. Till the time, be updated and check the official website from time to time.

2nd May, 2021 is tentative date for NEET exam, that means it is not the final date, and it may change or may not change in the future, NTA hasn't officialy release the exam date yet, but it is expected to be release soon on their official website i.e. ntaneet.nic.in.
2nd May is not the released date by NTA but only a expected date for the exam, wait for the official notification from the NTA.
