With only 205, I don’t think you will get a seat in MBBS or BDS.If you consider last year cutoffs then this year, even students with 350+ score will find it tough to get any seat (even private) in MBBS.
But don’t get disheartened.
You can try & wait till Mop Up Round of any counselling.
On the other hand, if you are determined to become a doctor, you can again try next year.
