Hey,
You didn't mention your category. But nevermind. With this marks you won't be able to make it upto a government medical College. You won't get a government dental college as well.. so instead you can try for some private colleges or other courses like BAMS., If you are really interested in medical field. Otherwise you can take a year off and prepare for neet well , if that suits you.
