Hello,
i don't think you can apply for abroad admission with the gpat score because it national level exam for the higher studies with the allotted national institute . some scholarship and fellowship are awarded with gpat mark . For studying abroad, you have to write IELTS or TOEFL and some foreign universities may ask for GRE either general or subject.
