Sorry to say that, the marks you have scored are very low to get a seat in government medical as you belong to general category. Chances are less for government medical college under AIQ.
You might get some private or deemed college under management quota.
However nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.
