According to the eligibility criteria to apply in NEET for reserved categories, the candidate should have cleared their Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and Mathematics as the main subjects with a minimum aggregate score of 40 percent in these.
So, you can apply for admission. Admission will be on the basis of NEET marks and you should qualify and score good marks in NEET exam.
