Hello dear
Getting a seat with 470 marks in neet is difficult even for obc category.
This much marks will not help you in landing a government medical college.
Actually you need have a score of atleast 530 to 550 to get a decent government medical college under state quota for obc category.
You can also think about taking a drop.
