493 is my marks in neet 2019 . Can I secure govt. Collage seat in either first or second counselling .I am from haryana and under obc .

Hello aspirant,
Well I can't assure you about the first or second round. But according to the last year's cutoff the student scoring minimum score from your category who got admission in a government medical college in haryana was 486. So I think you have chances and you should apply for the counseling process under state quota.
