Yes, you are eligible for PH quota in NEET. A candidate with any kind of physical disability is eligible for PH quota be it 50% Visually impaired or anything else.

The students who have any kind of physical disability and have the percentage of disability falling in between 50-70% can get a seat under physically handicapped quota.
For this a certificate has to be issued by the government body indicating the level of disability. I hope this information helps you.
