A NEET score of 510 can be considered a good score, but whether it is enough for an MBBS seat in Goa depends on your category (General/OBC/SC/ST/EWS) and whether you have a Goa domicile. For the General category, 510 may not be sufficient for a government MBBS seat, while reserved category candidates may have better chances depending on the cutoff.
