If you want to get a seat in one of the top medical colleges of the country then with this score it would be difficult.
Because last year the lowest CR of the top medical colleges was around 7.5k while with your score your AIR would be around 3.5k as per last years cutoff.
But theres a fair chance if you apply for the government colleges of various states under the 15% AIQ counselling. You can try in states like UP, Bihar, Jharkhand etc
However the above analysis is with reference to last years cutoff and cutoff trend tends to vary every year depending on several factors like number of candidates, difficulty of paper etc
