For 60 marks in jee mains you will have general rank in range of 165000-185000 and your rank in sc cateogry will be 8500-9500.
For this rank you won't able to get seat in any NIT or IIIT. But you may get admission in GFTIs.

Your chances of getting a NIT with this much score of 60 marks in JEE Mains examination through SC category is low but you may get northeastern NIT and the NIT in your state through state quota. So I will suggest you to better go for any of these NIT if you want the seat.
