The Eligibility criteria for BSc Psychology course states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 55% marks in any subject stream from a recognised Board of education.
Most of the colleges provide admissios after conducting entrance exam. There are colleges providing merit based admission too. So, yes. You can get colleges with this score.
