70 marks in the January 23 shift 2 exam (EWS category) is likely to be in a lower percentile side, and making it difficult to get CSE in top-tier government colleges. However, candidate may secure a seat in lower-tier GFTIs or state-level engineering colleges through special rounds (CSAB). It is suggested that 60 to 70 percentile is suitable for certain private and lower GFTIs.
