78 marks what will be the rank
hello nikhil,
It’s difficult to predict actual rank or JEE advanced qualify marks. you may calculate your expected rank by this formula
total percentile is out of 100 in which your percentile gives you the nuber of students having the score ahead of you.. 869010 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100. If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100
in fact, as the nta have not released the cutoff for this year , its been difficult in predicting the cutoff rank, as far as a general category student is concerned he or she should have a percentile of almost 85 to qualify for the jee advanced examination..
hope this helps
all the bestt for your bright future..
