RI don't know about verma . But jha is the surname of brahmins from mithla . They are maithil gaud brahmins .So you cannot take obc certificates .

Hey Harsh

As far as OBC is concerned there is no relation with your surname, the only thing that matter is your caste certificate. So as long as you have your caste certificate there is no issue in that!

As long as you have your OBC certificate with you, it will be granted irrespective of your surname.
