Hey I understand you like mechanical too much.
Get into diploma if you have made your decision already
But I suggest you to go for class 11 and 12 and then by giving Jee main get into best colleges in India to get a degree in mechanical engineering
Why this ?
Because you actually develop sense of logics as well as knowledge while learning different varieties of topics of class 11 and 12.
