There are strict fitness rules in AFMC.
According to the physical fitness standards of AFMC-
The number must not exceed 3.5 either myopia or hypermetropia.
Students with serious eye issues like increase in power with age- are not allowed.

Dear student, a candidate with laser operation can definitely apply in armed forces medical college for pursuing MBBS. The only criteria is that is eyesight must be 6 by 6 after the operation and you have so fulfilling all the criterias. Hence you are definitely eligible.
