Each IIM has different criteria to take admission some of them prefer academic records & some prefer your CAT percentile & your overall profile as well as your performance in selection round where you can prove yourself on the basis of your CAT score & your performance.

With 99% you can have the chances for FMS DU, DMS IIT Delhi, SJMSOM IIT Bombay.
I am also facing same kind of problem.. I have 49 % in 10th and 70 in 12... Right now I am in final year btech... Is there any possibility to get a chance to admission into iims if I get 99 percentile... Sir i just want to ask you that did you get any college

Sorry to inform you that your past score will have a negative impact to get in to IIM, no matter how high percentiler you are in CAT.
Nothing to worry there are colleges around consider only CAT score and how well you perform in Interview. You can give a try over there.
I would recomend CAT Pathfinder to know your chances for top management colleges.

If you score 100 percentile in CAT then you will definitely get interview call from IIM' s but again it will be depend on the panel memebers you will be facing for the interview. IIM's scrutinize a candidate based on different parameters apart from CAT score like
1. Attitude
2. Communication
3. Creativity
4. Academics
Selection will be based on these scores.
