Dear Jagadeeswari, Adi Kavi Nannaya University is closer to where I live and this is my observation. The University has a College Development Council to ensure proprr planning and integrated development of affliated colleges by offering help and guidance. One of the main objectives of this Council is to make sure that standards of Infrastructure are maintained.
They have a University Library with an open access system. At present, the library has around 15,000 text books and reference books worth of around Rs. 7,30,000. It subscribes to 50 periodicals and 12 News Papers.
AKNU also has a Placement, Training and Research Guidance Centre. You can check the list of Universities AKNU is tied up with at their official website:

So you can join this college without hesitation. Always remember that reviews might be accurate or not. One cannot deny AKNU its reputation if you look at its Alumni.
