You're admission through NEET in MBBS or BDS or veterinary in any government or private college depends on various factors. It's not only you're marks but also your category, your state of domicile.
But you should know that even with 420 you cannot get a government seat in any medical college across India, especially in MBBS and veterinary. You can look for BDS seats in government college in your home state and according to your category.

You can always go for private colleges in any state of your choice. The admission in private colleges is done under state counseling.
