Look, you're absolutely available to appear for JEE MAINS but you will be considered as similar to 12th pass Students. And you can't get into NITs or CFTIs if you are a diploma holder. Because NITs and CFTIs do not consider score of diploma holders IN JEE MAINS. If you appear IN JEE MAINS you will have to rank among the the top 250000 rankers to be eligible for JEE ADVANCED and then only you can take admission in the IITs.
