AIIMS conducts it's own entrance exam. Therefore NEET is not necessary to crack AIIMS. Coming back to English, normal English is okay, means you need to be more than 65 percent in English!!!

For AIIMS there is no need for giving neet. You have to give AIIMS exam for that. Normal English is ok..
