Hello aspirant

Yes, you can definitely complete B. Tech. After B. Sc.

There is no such rule that you cannot. Infact no one can stop you from acquiring knowledge in any field.

But you will have to deal with some restrictions like you would not be allowed to sit for JEE Mains or JEE Advance, as it has a specific criteria. But you can take direct admission in any college which can offer you a seat. Although there are certain exams which don't have the age criteria, you can sit for them too.
