Hello buddy, yes you can appear for jee main exam.
To be eligible to take admission in IITS/NITS/IIITs/GFTIS you should have 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile.
For SC/ST students it is 65% marks in 12th board. Best of luck for your future.
