There are various career opportunities available after completing MBBS. If you wish to continue your studies you could go for MD /MS /Diploma courses.If you don't want to continue your studies clinical practice is the best way.You can also attempt Combined Medical Service ( CMS) conducted by UPSC which will enable you to work as a doctor in various governmental organisations.You can work work with Primary Health Centers, Be  a lecturer or Medical Professor ,do courses like Masters in Public Health, Masters in Health Administration.
