If you want to pursue your study further & wish to go for IITs. For that you meet below eligibility criteria
To appear in JEE (Advanced) as a diploma holder can apply in JEE (Main) 2017 but your rank and score for JEE (Main) will not be declared as diploma holders and you cannot apply for admission in NITs and CFTIs through JEE (Main) channel. for further information you can go with below given article.
