Eligibility for CAT is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, there's relaxation of 5% in case of reserved category. Candidates can apply even in the final year of their graduation. There's no upper age limit while applying for CAT.
CAT 2020 is to conducted by Indian Institute of Management, Indore on 29th November. The tentative date for commencement of registration is first week of August.
CAT is conducted in an online mode for a duration of three hours, with sections such as Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension. Qualifying the cut-offs, candidates are further called for Group Discussion, Written Abiity Test, and Personal Interview.

Well, there is no age limit for both the CAT Exam eligibility as well as the IIM eligibility, the 2 years Bachelor's degree which is accepted by CAT Exam Eligibility Criteria is not accepted by the IIMs which require a 3 years Bachelor's degree for their Management Programs.
A student who had scored 50% marks in his graduation can be eligible for this exam and for other categories it's 45% minimum score..
