After declaration of cutoff marks will the college or university inform the selected student via msg/email ?

Hello dear aspirant,

Hope you’re doing well.
if you are talking about university of Delhi,

Then when the cut off is released, you have to check the list and see if you are eligible and visit the college with required documents

The college will not contact you. It will be up to you to go their and take admission if you clear the cut off.
