Hello,
After completion of diploma, the only way in which you can get a chance to do B.Tech in IITs is by cracking JEE advance.But firstly , you will have to appear for JEE mains examination and if you will qualify jee mains then you will get a chance to appear in JEE advance examination and if you will secure good percentile and rank in jee advance then you can get into the IITs.
