After completing your MBBS in china not only in China if you study MBBS in any forign countries it is mandatory to write FMGE(foreign medical graduation examination).It is nothing but a certificate after examination that you have done your MBBS in that particular state.
Yes,you can get a job in china as well as other countries.
Like if you wanted a job in you need to write MCI and same USMLE exam in usa.
